Dasoudi Beach, awarded with a Blue Flag, is the closest beach to Nicki Holiday Resort. It starts where the Municipal Beach ends and stretches until the Polis Camping Site on a beachside area of 1500 metres long. It is a sandy beach mixed with pebbles, easily reached by car, motorbike and bus. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire and in peak season lifeguards are on duty from 11:00 to 17:30 every day.
It is a long continuous beach that stretches from the Akamas Peninsula to the Polis area. A popular sandy beach mixed with pebbles, and a variety of cafes and beach bars offering snacks and beverages along it. Located very near the Latchi fishing harbour, this beach has a mountain backdrop for beautiful picturesque scenery. With a gorgeous pebble beach and crystal clear waters it is an invitation waiting to be accepted.
Just beneath the Baths of Aphrodite site, this pebbled beach is surrounded by rocks and clear water. The beach is approximately a forty-five metre stretch. It can be reached going down many steps, has no facilities available, except the well-famed fish tavern, where you can eat enjoying one of the best views in Cyprus!
Fontana Amorosa, in Akamas area, is a sheltered bay where the water tends to be warmer. It is not an organised beach, but is considered as a snorkelers' paradise, with crystal clear waters, while underwater divers can find the remains of old terracotta pots. To get there, you need to follow the coast road from Latsi to the Baths of Aphrodite and then continue along the dirt road past the campsite signed 'Akamas', only in Jeeps. You can also reach it by boats, starting at set times from Latchi harbour.
Blue Lagoon Bay is located in Akamas area, around 12 km west of Nicki Holiday Resort. This area features one of the most picturesque beaches in Cyprus, with turquoise waters so clear that you can actually see the sea bed. You can access it by boat, so as to take a dip into the cool water and go swimming or snorkeling or just lay on the surface taking in the beautiful scenery.
